Most visitors to George and Martha’s place make their approach by driving southeast from Washington. Mrs Bear and I attended a mini-reunion, hosted by a classmate. He treated early arrivals to a boat ride, offering the view above of Mount Vernon. The tents on the right flank were a temporary set up for a wine festival.
Good company, views, and dining … So fortunate to be a Dartmouth graduate.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
Grew up in California...Went east for college and, later, work, and never returned to California as a resident...Have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology...Worked in private practice settings for most of my career...Now retired...Married to Mrs. Bear (Lela) for 50 years...Spent most of my youth travelling the beautiful landscapes of our continent...Went into a time window to see the rest of the world until COVID kept us closer to home. Now we are back on our travel agenda, both domestically and internationally, and, as always, love to share some of our impressions on the Blog.
